Children playing in the woods at forest school in East Devon

We believe in learning through play, creativity, exploration and adventure.

Sessions are designed to provide an engaging learning experience for children, adults, and families.

We believe in child led play and learning. We encourage independence, curiosity, working together and building friendships, allowing each child to develop at their own pace, in their own way.  We hope to build a love and appreciation of the natural world in everyone who joins us.

Our family sessions give you the opportunity to spend quality outdoor time together – playing, learning and exploring – having new experiences and creating happy memories.

Why let your children have all the fun?  We have sessions for adults looking to escape the stresses of everyday life, giving an opportunity to take part in woodland crafts, bushcraft skills and reconnecting with nature.

Inclusivity is important to us and we welcome those with additional needs to all our sessions.

Please contact us to chat more if you would like your child to attend but have concerns about the suitability of our site or sessions.

As well as the sessions at our woodland we can also offer experiences at your location – whether this be your garden, preschool, campsite or even workplace.

Strengthen your connection with nature and explore the range of forest school and woodland learning opportunities we offer.

We have created a nurturing, supportive and encouraging environment where we promote confidence, respect and being yourself.

We offer a woodland space where you can truly feel at home and can freely explore the world of learning at your own pace and in your own style through play, creativity and adventures — all while boosting your self-esteem.

Forest school promotes holistic development building confidence, respect, resilience, creativity and independence.

Forest school uses learner-led processes to facilitate learning and development.

Forest School supports the development of each individual socially, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Everyone is viewed as an individual and is encouraged to be their unique self.
